Portal Overview
The TenuVault portal provides a centralized interface for managing all your Intune backup operations. Built with modern web technologies, it offers real-time monitoring, comprehensive reporting, and intuitive management tools.
Portal Layout
The portal uses a three-panel layout:
1. Left Sidebar: Primary navigation menu
- 1Main Content Area: Dynamic content based on selected feature
- 1Top Header: User profile, notifications, and quick actions
Browser Requirements
For optimal experience, use:
- Chrome 90+ (recommended)
- Microsoft Edge 90+
- Firefox 88+
- Safari 14+
Dashboard
The dashboard is your command center, providing an at-a-glance view of your entire backup infrastructure.
Health Overview Widget
Located at the top of the dashboard, this widget shows:
System Status Indicators
- Healthy: All systems operational, backups running on schedule
- Warning: Minor issues detected, requires attention
- Critical: Backup failures or system errors requiring immediate action
Key Metrics
- Total Tenants: Number of Intune tenants being backed up
- Success Rate: Percentage of successful backups (last 30 days)
- Storage Used: Current storage consumption across all backups
- Last Backup: Timestamp of the most recent successful backup
Tenant Cards
Each managed tenant displays as a card showing:
Card Header
- Tenant name and logo (if configured)
- Status indicator (Active/Inactive/Error)
- Quick action menu (⋮)
Backup Information
- Next Backup: Countdown timer to next scheduled backup
- Last Backup: Time since last successful backup
- Backup Count: Total backups for this tenant
- Storage Size: Space used by this tenant's backups
Quick Actions
- Backup Now: Trigger immediate backup
- View History: See all backups for this tenant
- Configure: Access tenant settings
- View Details: Detailed tenant information
Activity Feed
The right panel shows recent activities:

Managing Tenants
The Tenants section is where you configure and manage your Intune environments.
Tenant List View
Table Columns
- Tenant Name: Display name for the tenant
- Tenant ID: Azure AD tenant identifier
- Status: Current operational status
- Last Backup: Most recent backup timestamp
- Next Backup: Scheduled backup time
- Storage: Space used by tenant

Adding a New Tenant
Click + Add Tenant to open the configuration wizard:
Step 1: Basic Information
- Display Name: Friendly name for identification
- Tenant ID: Azure AD tenant GUID
- Description: Optional notes about the tenant
- Tags: Labels for organization (Production, Test, etc.)

- Test Connection: Validate before proceeding
